It’s good if you are trying to make or break some habit. You can keep a track of some of the habits by highlighting the dates. This tracker has helped me a lot to build some habits that has changed my life. I started tracking my To-Do lists here and I was amazed to see the effects of me tracking it and how lists have changed my life. I have also started journaling last month and I’m tracking this as well. This month I have started tracking my workouts. I wish I had done this before (That’s okay! Better late than Never).
Tracking such things in this tracker gives me a big picture of how I’ve utilized the month. For a strange reason, I end up doing stuff just so that I can highlight the dates. It gives me sense of accomplishment. I have reduced procrastinating as well. There are so many benefits which you might figure out once you start tracking your habits.
