Hey all you beautiful people!! 🙋🏻 Welcome back to my blog. Summer has kicked in and so have mangoes. But I find it boring to eat them sometimes. So I thought of preparing a smoothie. But then I noticed that I had very little coconut milk. I didn’t realise this until I poured it into the food processor 🙁 After blending it, I looked at the consistency and it was really thick. I poured it into a bowl and viola 🤗 I had a smoothie bowl. It tastes amazing and it gives your digestive system a break. If you have a bowl of this, you are good to go until lunch. If you do not want to eat and want something a little heavier than a smoothie, this would be the perfect breakfast. Just replace it with any fruit you want and feel free to add some nuts as well. I chose to keep this a 2 ingrident recipe.
Here’s the recipe –
- One Mango
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- Peel the Mango and add the fruit into a food processor.
- Add coconut milk.
- Blend it till you get a smooth & thick consistency.
And… you’re done!!
